No accounts, no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, and nothing sent to a server.
None. Dye Up does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. The app has no user accounts, no analytics or tracking software, no advertising networks, and it does not connect to any server operated by us.
Dye Up saves your game settings and progress locally on your device so the app remembers them between sessions. This includes:
This information never leaves your device. It is not visible to us and is not shared with anyone. Deleting the app removes it. A photo you pick for a custom board is used only to draw that board — the app never uploads it, shares it, or sends it anywhere, and we never see it. It is stored encrypted, it is deliberately left out of your device's backups, and it is not copied to iCloud. You can remove it at any time with "Remove photo" in the custom board editor. Because it is not backed up, a custom board photo does not carry over when you set up a new device — pick it again there.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or handle your payment information. Apple provides the app with a receipt confirming what you own, so the items you bought can be unlocked and restored. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Because Dye Up collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any user, regardless of age.
Dye Up includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with third parties, because no data is collected.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. If a future version of the app ever begins collecting data, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
